My mother, Fran Nill has been a real estate agent in the Hamptons since I was 9 years old, that gives her almost 26 years of Hampton's Real Estate experience. The real estate profession gave her the flexibility to have a career, and still be a dedicated mother. She was my Brownie Troop leader, PTA president of East Quogue Elementary, and my biggest fan as a solo vocalist in many school productions - all while she was earning her bachelor's degree in Business Management! I first started working for Mom while she was in her second year of managing Cook Pony Farm Real Estate in Southampton (now Corcoran Group). The arrangement of working as her assistant and advertising director worked so well, that I decided wherever Mom worked, I would be happy to follow (a professional "groupie" if you will…). So, naturally when I graduated from Southampton College in May of 1998, I couldn't think of anyone else I would rather start a business with than Mom. Her honesty, sincerity, and integrity have always been inspiring to me, and working with her at Hampton Seascapes is no exception. That's why I advertise using this slogan "Announcing the Next Best Thing to your Mom Being your Real Estate Agent…My Mom". Because my Mother has always been a fair person, and she taught me the virtue that our family lives by "treat others as you wish to be treated yourself". Which means that if your Mom isn't a real estate agent, and you need to work with someone knowledgeable you can trust, I assure you that my Mom is your best choice.
